  • All original packaging, labels, invoices, and accessories (if any) must be included.

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product may be required for verification.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.

  • Products returned without their original packaging.

  • Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with (unless received in that condition).

  • Change of mind or incorrect product ordered by the customer.
